Kelvin's Frozen Shelter not making Patron invulnerable

just as the title says had a kelvin jump in on patron dropped his frozen shelter, the patron had that icy effect on them but they just kept taking damage and died.

I only saw it the 1 time idk if it always happens or if he had to do something specific but from my understanding all objectives since the 9/12/24 patch should be invulnerable inside Frozen Shelter.

+1 ive had a few games where an enemy or team kelvin would ulti the patron and it would still die.

May be wrong, but maybe if patreon is only partially on shelter you still can damage it, both from inside and outside of shelter.
