Kelvin's Frozen Shelter is bugged. I've had 2 games where opponents while moving/performing abilities just inter my Frozen Shelter like it was nothing and proceed to kill me. The one character I remember was Ivy flying in at me and a friend. I don't know if it's directional or if they get near that the ability can't close them out.
