Kelvin separate ability cancelation suggestion

There are some scenarios when I want to use both ice path (2nd spell) and ice beam (3rd spell) and then cancel one of them.
If we choose "cancel button", both abilities get cancelled (i.e. if I want to continue to use 2nd spell and just cancel the beam since it has movespeed debuff, I can't use this option).
If I use "ability button" previous case works ok, but when I spam ult and accidentally tap it 2 times, it gets immediately cancelled, which is not desesired.

Possibly per-ability cancellation setting would work, this was not a problem in dota since there is not a single character that casts two spells at the same time [which both have continious cast] :D
 
I think all Kelvins will agree that Beam should be cancelled first, and Ice Path second, just make it so that whenever you press it there is an order to it instead of both getting cancelled.

Cancelling the last used ability will be a bad solution, as often you cast beam before the Ice Walk, but you need Ice walk on to escape, and turn off beam for speed. So you'll end up turning off Ice Walk while you need to be escaping instead of the beam due to it being casted earlier

I disagree, there are 100% times I want to cancel path to drop down more easily on an enemy rather than having to do it slowly using ctrl. We need independent cancellations. I also don't understand why I can cancel Ice Dome while casting Arctic Beam, but I can't cast it without first cancelling Arctic Beam. It's a huge huge weakness to have to put beam on cooldown and then cancel it early essentially wasting it just to be able to use your ult, especially considering this is essentially a support character and you're going to rely on using beam well in order to leech / survive in part. It's weird that if you want to get a solid combo off you essentially need to just roll at your enemies' face and dome first, saving arctic beam for after, rather than being able to apply the slow to GET them into Dome while continuing to fight. Just feels weird.
