The function name of Kelvins Ult is fully visible when holding down tab while using his ult and none of the other sub information about his. This is consistent among the hideout and Sandbox(Haven't tested ingame but probably works there as well) alongside having upgraded the ability or having purchased items. This only affects his ult as none of the other abilities have this bug while in use or while being used during his ult.
