Kelvin Beam

Kelvin Arctic Beam doesn't register upper half of Abrams for some reason (only Abrams)

not only abrams，some hero with Headpiece also have this bug , but not so problum like Abrams

such as:
BEBOP head
billy horn
doorman hat
drifter Natural standing posture head
sinclair hat（very little bit）

also I found:
bullet can‘t hit mina umbrella (wherever) , but the beam can deal damage on lower half

I would imagine the beam's radius and splash damage 'hits' her hand/arm holding the thing. Be could if you hit that arm/hand if she wasn't in motion it collapse the umbrella. No mechanic just animation. Be a neat touch.

but i think we need repair this bug first..... :C
abrams head now compeletly Immunity beam XD
I even think some video maker can make a short flim with this bug

All data helps them find and fix things quicker. I would post it just because. And help educate others too.
