Kelvin beam hitbox is broken on shrines

Both shrines are immune to beam damage in the center and at the base.

Archmother's shrines have a bigger hitbox and you can hit the top very consistently. For the Hidden King it's only a tiny spot above the base that can be beamed.

Yeah, dude, I noticed it today too. It is impossible to use the beam on the shrine
