Keep getting Hero I don't want to play

I keep getting the hero which I don't want to select. For some reason it makes me pick two other ones.... I'd rather just queue up longer for a game for that hero than be forced to play a game with one I don't want. I only get to play a game maybe 3 or 4 times a week so it is very very depressing when you don't get to play the hero you want to.

It'd be like if you could eat one cake a week and you got a ginger cookie instead.

You can just increase the priority and 90% of the time you will get the one character you want unless it's Mina, Haze or Billy.

Are you willing to wait for 3 hours? Because that's how long you'll be waiting for if the game allowed every single one trick haze to only queue for Haze. You wouldn't be able to dodge this problem by queuing for unpopular heroes either, since all those one trick Hazes aren't getting put on other heroes. Now everybody's queue time suffers, not just the one tricks.

Every single person who said that they'll be fine waiting "a bit longer" are only fine if that "a bit longer" is only 5-10 minutes.

I would be willing to wait 3 hours because I could cancel the queue and then do something else. There isn't even a surrender option for when the game is poorly matched which they literally have a thread for bad matchmaking.
