I have been confused since day 1 there is no dagon.

It would fit naturely to level up with the tier system, is clearly purple, would finally stop the problem of trash kids building gun on rem by actually giving his 2 something to boost

(Rem, literally the ONLY hero who is DISCOURAGED from going gun by having an ability to disables it AND boosts active items....)

Max 2, use it, dagon enemy!

And then you can also finally fix the games biggest issue, abilities hurting towers.

Or let 6 dagon meta to kill patron b4 10m be a thing, whatever.

have you seen the stats for rem's gun? its really quite good.
building a bit of gun early for lane pressure is not something entirely out of the ordinary for him.

of course, building full gun is a meme but there will always be meme builds out there, if not gun rem then you might find them playing punch kelvin and so on

alternatively, people are already using cold front on rem for a similar effect during tag along (and it could be upgraded to arctic blast if you really wanted it)

a strong rem player already does do decent damage, from my personal experience, no need to give him the ability to potentially solo kill people with dagon.

Yeah but I still want Dagon honestly. It feels like a staple of DOTA. Similar to Aghs or force staff which I assume will be added in soon or when theyve reached their desired amount of hero pool.

No one is playing punch anything, parrying removes the ability to have silly melee builds, unless you play at like 1 mmr i guess?

Buying an early game gun item is not going gun rem, you knew that clearly with your next point...

A rem does nothing unless you are bad and let them take sinners and you don't take the bonus money they feed with helpers

It's not about good rems needing more tools (though they do and this game needs dagon) it's about stopping noobs from buying gun items on the ONLY hero who ACTIVELY is discouraged from using their gun....

More ways to utilize their unique buff, you literally listed one item lol and one that requires OTHER PEOPLE to be good, so only exists in 6 stacks, so has no value to the game...would maybe get people who the game is QUEUEING into the support role, as the lane support, to buy and play as a support instead of losing their team the game constantly by going gun.

I want to play the game, not stomp every rem every game b/c they play like trash...

I would agree, specifically for heroes like Rem both now and in the future. I personally play full support Rem with very few gun items, so it would be nice to have an item that makes him a bit more threatening.
When I am by myself, I have to make sure I have my ult ready or that I have a teammate nearby, otherwise I am dead. I am especially screwed if they have a Dynamo.
More items like Dagon could make it harder for some heroes to bully me. And if enemies like Dynamo make it harder to use my 2, at least I could use Dagon in teamfights to be a little more useful.

Paige is another hero known to also fall off a cliff later, that could stay relevant longer with a dagon.

Also dagon can just be a solution TO your bad rem going all gun. If you find your whole team going gun, it gives you an option.

I just want dagon, won't lie, but if the game can have fucking orchid (which it should not) then dagon is a negative brainer
