Joined game then taken to spectate a match

1. Joined matchmaking queue

2. Went to watch a match while the queue went on

3. I get into the queued game and start setting up my build.

4. I get taken to a match. I get this message with this match that I am watching

EDIT: 5. After watching the game for a few minutes it let me leave the spectating normally.

Also happened to me, I was in a party, my partner got into the match I did not, I tried to leave the spectating got the message I accepted the penalty which sucked but then my partner was dragged out of the match after a minute
