Jittery movement and perma stuck in croutch without pressing ctrl

This looks like an internet issue at first however it isn't as I fixed it simply by restarting my laptop, I have a i9 and 4080 so it's not computer specs either. This is a reoccurring bug I get on occasion when playing deadlock and I have quite a few clips of it happening from over a month ago, however the croutch stuck bug is a new one to me. The first clip is the weird jittery movement and teleporting around, second clip is after the restart of my laptop in the same match it works fine (although feels sloppy and delayed) and 3rd clip is after I died my character was stuck crouching and had the same jittery movement, I was able to use the zipline proving that I was not holding ctrl.

As an update, after extensive testing the jittering / teleporting movement was probably caused by my wifi, however the ping did not pick it up. I ran a few different wifi speed tests and found out while the download speed was very fast and responsive the upload speed was around 100-200ms compared to around 7-21 ms of download speed causing the client to desync from the server in some way. hope this helps!
