A clown and firm believer in the slapstick arts, Jingles moves enemies and locks them down, while moving his own team in style. His weapon of choice is a confetti cannon, functioning as a shotgun. Right click alt fire knocks back enemies with a ball of the confetti, but does less damage.
1: Wham! Blam! Tapping casts Wham! Which briefly knocks up an enemy with a boxing glove uppercut dash, throwing them behind you, and stunning them on landing. Holding it casts Blam, a boxing glove gun, which pushes back any enemy struck, stunning them if they hit a wall. Both count as melee.
2: Silly Spray: Firing water from the flower on his shirt, Jingle heals allies and gives them a minor speed buff, leaving water on the ground that also grants speed to allies. Enemies hit by the water are slowed briefly. If enemies step on lingering water, they lose friction and slide in the direction they entered from. At max level, they cannot use movement items or abilities when in the water.
3: Slapstick. Passive ability; Enemies hit by the alt fire of your gun, your melee, or Wham! Blam! receive a stack of Slapstick. It stacks up to three times, and it makes enemies take slightly longer cc durations, and dramatically more push from forced movement. After one CC or forced movement hits them, it consumes all stacks and does extra damage.
4: Clown Car/Rental Car. Manifest into a small car that allies can climb inside of, making it grow with each ally. You can drive it with a limited ability to steer, and each ally inside grants it more damage when you hit an enemy, expands the AOE of the impact crash, and grants barrier based on how many allies entered. Once you crash it, it is destroyed and allies are ejected. Enemies directly hit are stunned, while enemies in the aoe are slowed and have movement abilities silenced briefly.
His base kit does low levels of CC, but Slapstick is what enables the strength in their durations. He also has a love of Knockdown. Slapstick could be shown as floating birds tweeting around enemies heads, a classic cartoon/slapstick comedy trope theme around his sound and visual effects.
