We definitely need this character
Ability 1:
Blackmail
Take a photo, if enemies are captured, they will be tracked and location will persist on map, any unsecured souls during this phase, a portion will go to Jeff
Ability 2: Jerky feast
Target an enemy, The lower the health of enemy, steal even more of their current health. So if they are a super squishy character it might do a huge amount of damage and heal to you but if its super tanky then not, this is cus jeff loves young and weak characters and likes to eat them just like how he mentions Jerky and pizza in his emails
Ability 3:

Blind enemies in an AoE
they cannot see which heroes are infront of them and deal less damage to them, and they cannot target characters with targeted abiltiies / items which are non ultimate, so no seven stun, no paige shield, no divine barrier etc etc
Ability 4: Private island
In a large AoE send enemies caught on a plane to private island where there is massive lifesteal to any allies inside the island
enemies trapped inside have to do a large maze inside mansion and escape once they exit it, deals less damage faster you escape, similar to doorman ult.
Alternative ability:
Fake suicide
Target an ally, kill them and show the real death timer, after certain amount of time they come back healed and ready to fight again
