Jammer - T3 Suppressor upgrade

I really like that, but only 0.5 disarm feels too short. But maybe its fine, since it can apply multiple times.

Edit: Maybe its too strong? Maybe it should be 1-2s disarm, but you are immune to jammed for 8s after?

Definitely not too strong, as with Debuff Reduction, both the Jammed and Disarm time would be reduced, meaning you would need to 1 ) apply more consistent spirit damage to keep uptime, and 2 ) have less Disarm time. With Unstoppable, you would be immune to the Disarm anyway.
It disproportionately hurts absurdly high-firerate heroes like Vyper, Haze, Ivy, Wraith, or builds for it, but shotgunners don't feel it at all, outside of the 35% firerate slow. 1-2 second disarm would make it a straight up better Disarming Hex, as you don't worry about the active item Cooldown, and can use it on multiple targets.
Point is, as a Spirit hero, Gun heroes don't really have to worry about you- they can use the absurd sources of Spirit resist, like Spirit Resilience or Fury Trance, and not worry about you damaging them anymore. This would force them to make a decision on Spirit Resist or Debuff Reduction earlier on.
 
Disarm is way too broken to put on something that can be used in a giant AoE.

I like the name of the item, but i think you could use some other effects like increasing reload time, make bullets in chamber show as red where they explode in chamber to self-dmg when shot, force early reload, etc.
