Ivys ultimate does not give shield on flight end if bullet shield on recharge time, please fix it asap

Everything is in title pretty much. I dont know why is that happening, all other shield sources work fine with getting temporary shields, but not ultimate. Ultimate only gives max temporary shield if bullet shields recharging, but no shield itself

Wraith teleport has the same issue. Seems like any player skill that generates a shield will only do so if your existing shield isn't on recharge. Came here to report this issue.

Same thing if you buying (for example) Restorative Shot, then you shield is gone, after that you buying Combat Barrier and your shield still on recharge without additional +325 barrier
