Ivy - Watcher's Covenant heals Ivy for 50% replicated healing instead of 25% if she was the source of the heal

Ivy using 400 HP heal on a teammate, Ivy receives 50% of the heal (200) rather than the ability's listed 25%.
In the opposite scenario, if a teammate heals Ivy for 400, that teammate only receives 25% (100) as expected.
