When ivy upgrades her ult to t2 and some counterspell's it, it'll work as intended initially but then it hits again after counterspell wares off
At t1 or no upgrade it all it doesn't function this way im guessing it has something to do with how the extra range on t2 is coded for whatever reason
At t3 it will also apply the silence on the re-hit
