I have seen some posts about this bug but found a trigger and a cure. When I was flying as Ivy during her Ult, Seven hit me with a Static Charge. It stunned me and knocked me down, afterwards I got the bug where my FOV is super zoomed out as if I was still in my Ult. When I zoom in with my weapon it is normal with no issues, but when I zoom back out the FOV is still massive. I went to base shop and that seemed to clear it up, it was either that or going on the zipline.
