Two issues with Ivy Air Drop and Refresher
1.If Ivy has the 2nd tier upgrade of Air drop that applies a slow debuff on enemies, the ability will be unable to damage units that still have the debuff if using refresher to quickly throw the ult bomb twice.
2. If Ivy starts refresher immediately after beginning air drop, the ult will end without any effects instead of throwing the bomb and adding buffs if activated later.
