Ivy slows down drastically when flying and hitting skybox. Is this intentional?

- Ivy: Fixed some control issues when flying near a wall

It doesnt look like this is what was intended or related to walls (since it is skybox). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, This is very annoying when flying over mid, Ivy should slide on the skybox not kiss it. (and should slide on buildings like before when holding speed up)
