Ivy, Kelvin and Dynamo cannot dash and parry at the same time while every other hero can.

Every hero in the game can dash and parry at the same time. However, both Kelvin and Ivy cannot. It says you are busy. I checked the stamina regen, and Kelvin is the only one with a different one. Kelvin's is 6. Ivy's is 5, so I'm assuming it can't be stamina regen. (Video Showcasing Issue)

EDIT (29/05/2025): As of a recent patch Dynamo can now no longer dash and parry as well. I don't know which of the updates did it but it was one within the last 3 days. Valve please fix.

Only recently (2 weeks?) it became impossible for some heroes - Ivy - I main her (1100+ hours) and I was very disappointed when I've realised it's no longer viable on her and few others like Heze (altho I don't know for how long it was like that, since I found out by testing in sandbox mode) It was impossible like 2 days ago when I tested it, but today it's once again doable on Haze, weird... Why does it suddenly changed for Ivy tho? What is the technical (coding/animation?) backgroud of this tech not being possible for some heroes and not the others? And what have changed for mentioned Ivy? Also why it is more convenient and reliable on some heroes, compared to others?

im assuming it has something to do with the dash animations. Ivy has a pretty unique one but kelvin? i have zero clue. It makes lane harder with kelvin as i can't parry for my team mates or go for a cheeky final hit parry.

I also thought about dash animations and it would make sense... BUT! Why it WAS working on Ivy almost the whole time? I didn't noticed even slight change in her dash animation and even if they implemented any, her "previous" animation was already unique and it didn't affect parry-dash at all. But this jump+dash-parry is GOOOOOOD

Bumping this thread because now as of a recent update Dynamo can no longer dash parry now. That's now 3 heros that cannot do it.
