I've had to verify integrity three separate times I'm probably going to be banned

What it says on the tin, I'm verifying again now because I was kicked literally mid match. Was wondering if there was a way to get knocked down a tier on the ban at least, I can eat the fifteen minutes but if it happens again I'd rather not be banned for over an hour.
