maybe its a bug on my account ? or is the skill based matchmaking not in the game yet ?

current game im in. wish there was a surrender button since theres no reason to even try when everyone gets stomped the moment they go outside

and again im 6k behind my enemy so ill just have to afk this whole game no point in playing anymore
perhaps you are not positioning yourself correctly with the team. There are many ways to farm souls right now. Most often, I see something like yours when packs are launched and people from another team playfully carry us upside down.

tried playing against hard bots and they had more souls than me and i feel like all i do is target creeps and farm

If you just target the creeps you end up with 1/3 of your opponents farm, because you need the soul (orb that pops out, which is 50% of the creep value) as well and if you don't contest those, your enemy can (and most likely will) take that 50% off of you. After 10 minutes that soul represents 100%.
Similarly, if you don't let your enemy do some last hitting on your minions, there will be no soul to steal for you as well.
And finally, if someone melees a minion, no Soul pops out that could get stolen because it is already secured.

Are you doing any targeting of souls or melee attacks on low minions?

yeah i always try to get the orb and do melee attacks :---

So I went out of my way to watch the replays. Second match seems like one of those "Game doesn't know these people yet so they are thrown together haphazardly" matches, some people on your team looked like they didn't know basic game mechanics or at times controls, like last hitting or even did weird punch stuff. So that is something you will likely be sorted out of IF you improve but... considering your first impulse was to flame people and your second impulse was to afk I wouldn't be surprised if you got queue restricted before getting out of that beginner pool.

Which also carries over into the second match, picking fights with your team mates will not help you rise the ranks. (especially if you throw lines like "read the patch notes" at people when you apparently don't even have enough experience to understand the patch notes). You overall also just didn't really play well. Getting into close fights against lash in your lane when he already had twice your souls, joining already lost team fights to get butchered 5v1. I get it that you are a beginner, but if you keep tilting you'll be playing weird lobbies like that till the end because the game simply won't manage to find people playing worse to match you against.

First match was absolutely winnable as well, at some points mid game the soul difference between the teams was reduced to around 2k. You definitely need to play it more carefully if your opponents have more souls you are not going to win a 1v1 so you rat and farm in safe ways. And especially as pocket you have great means of escaping, so pushing a lane and booking it as soon as opponents start arriving is a valid strat, you do not have to and should not commit to every fight you stumble upon.

Long story short: Work on your mental, a tilted player is a bad player, look up beginner advice on reddit or the discord, watch your replays but with a critical eye not "All this is bullshit I did everything right, mmr is broken" but actually "Ok I overextended here", "Should have farmed that lane instead", "Why did I even join that fight my team was dead already" etc. actually be self critical and you'll be in better lobbies before you know it.

5-15k souls behind is nothing if you farm your ass off. This game has the best comeback mechanics in any moba. Get your nose to the ground and learn how to farm those souls.

Once you can consistently outlane a hard bot I would say you are ready to get back into PvP. Also at the lower levels right now it might be hard to get ahead of an opponent because they are sometimes constantly being fed souls by your teammates running into their bullets on repeat. Focus on your individual skill in the laning phase and do your best.

After the laning phase try this tactic. Instead of going to the nearest teamfight (unless they are beating down your base door) ask yourself these questions. Should I be farming jungle/pushed lanes to make up my deficit? Is the entire enemy team visible on the minimap? If so is there a pushed up lane with nobody in it with an easy objective to take?
