Items of allies shown instead of mine when respawning after spectating them

I had my active items of my McGinnis on my team replace the visuals for mine after respawning. I could still use my items but I couldn't tell if they were on cooldown. I also only had 2 active items but the game said I had the three of my teammates. The problem was fixed after I died and respawned again.

The image shows McGinnis's items on the bottom left but I hovered over my portrait to show my own.
