Active slots on hud displayed spectated player's items instead of my own

I was spectating a player, and when I respawned, the hud displayed their active items instead of my own. I couldn't use any of them and could still use my items as normal.

This! Happens to me almost every match. Very frustrating especially if the situation is tight and you have to act quickly after respawning. If you have 4 active items and you don't actually see the keys for them - it's a nightmare!
