No match Id required since it's simple enough from testing. The items Arcane Surge and Ballistic Enchantment do not properly work on Ivy's statue form.
Arcane surge initially appears to give the correct ability radius when it has been surged, but it reverts back to it's normal area when Ivy starts falling. It also doesn't give the ability the listed spirit power, not the additional duration.
Ballistic enchantment still gives the ability a wider radius, but it does not buff her weapon damage after hitting a player.
