Item That Tracks An Enemy On The Map

As opposed to a placable ward, an active item that you can use on top of an enemy to track their location may be more fitting for deadlock. I don't know under which category I'd put it but it should be around the 1.25k value range so it'd have an impact early, or something cheap to buy late game to counter stealth.
 
Stealth does not need to be countered, as you can recognize them as they are close enough. Also torment or every other proc jumps on them and revealing if they are nearby. Wards with current map structure will be placed on rooftops and grant too much vision. Bad concept as with current game.

It's for future-proofing really, as Haze is the only current example of stealth but there are more designs using it that may be implemented later on. Also I explicitly stated I didn't want a ward type item.

Why do we need a mindless set and forget counter to stealth?
