An active item that, when activated, clears lingering enemy AoEs
In my mind, this would be a T3/T4 Spirit Item, and clear AoEs intersecting a small AoE centered on the user
Removing "Fire and Forget"-type abilities like:
Ivy Kudzu Bomb
Lady Geist T3 Essence Bomb
Infernus Flame Dash
McGinnis Healing Spectre
Alchemical Fire
But not removing Structures, Channeled, or Aura AoE abilities like:
McGinnis Wall
Kelvin Dome (but maybe the healing aura?)
Seven Storm Cloud
Abrams Siphon Life
Warden Last Stand
I think the core weakness of this item should be a longer cooldown, giving the enemy AoE builds windows of counterplay
