I forget which match this took place in, apologies.
I died with an active item selected and was able to see the red targeting diamond following the enemy player around after my death. It was visible while spectating my teammate's POVs and I was able to clearly follow the player's position around. I am unsure if the targeting diamond was visible through my teammates POVs at all times, or simply when the enemy player was within item targeting range (but not within line of sight, the diamond was visible through walls) of my teammate.
