Item: Spiritual Overflow bonus Spirit Power buff is currently NOT working

As title states:
The temporary bonus Spirit Power buff of Spiritual Overflow does nothing in terms of Spirit scaling characters abilities.

Example: In the video Wraith's 1st spell Card Trick damage (affected by Spirit) doesn't get scaled up by the temporary bonus Spirit Power, while the buff is active:

I have since figured out the issue:
It is the Spirit Power scaling aspects on Abilities Tooltips that do not get updated by the temporary buff. The Spirit Power bonus works, its just not showcased in the tooltips. Just a visual bug.
