The User is able to imbue Mirage's ultimate (teleport) with Mystic Reverb, but it does not apply any effects.

If it's intended to be allowed, Mystic Reverb should apply zero damage, since the Teleport ability deals no damage, but it *should* still apply the AoE slow.

If not intended, disallow Teleport being a valid imbue target for Mystic Reverb
