Passive:
Your next Heavy Melee attack against an enemy deals increased damage and either reload your weapon weapon instantly or give you up to +110% bonus ammo. Only activates when Bonus Ammo is not full.

I like the concept. There are obviously some abilities that will be substantially better for this (like Warden's Willpower, Abrams 1 or 2, Shiv knives, etc) but it presents an interesting concept.

I completely forgot about charge abilities, hah. The item could have a cooldown added to balance it. It could be the same as fleetfoot of 20 secs

As with warden willpower, maybe when you cancel it, it limits you to a certain speed level? or when cancelling abilities that add speed the values are not counted, or even the speed that abilities add is added like 3 seconds after the cancel is used

that would kind of ruin the fun of it though imo, some items work better on some characters than others, so it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for this one to be balanced that way, plus scaling certain items with other combinations of items or abilities is part of the fun of this game's item system I think. Definitely a point of debate to see how much it breaks things down
