Due to how upgrades work with soul cost

-Supreme burst would cost 9500

-Supreme Stamina would cost 9500

-Mystic torso would cost 9500 and would have at least 25% CDR for non-imbued charged abilities, as well as +2 non-imbued ability charges

Im not saying they're bad nor good, Im just correcting some oversights.
