I think this is too useful and not really interesting enough. Considering that upgrade items get a discount, this is quite literally no different than buying both items. All that this item does is condense 2 items into 1 as an "upgrade". I think it needs more

First question that comes to mind is how price is formed. As person above said, upgrade items have a discount, if you have its component. Your items is T4 tier and created from two T3 tier items. Therefore, logically, it should be free. The idea itself is clear, combine two items into one, saving slot. But still, it lacks some additional buffs from its components. Maybe, additional resists are gain, if you have 50% health or less.

besides mixing the 2 armors, you gain a little more resistance, the spiritual armor grants 25 and the ballistic 30, you gain 5% more ballistic resistance and 10% more spiritual resistance than if you just had the 2 armors, you also gain 200 more life and still save 1 slot which is the most important.

You're not supposed to be able to save a slot with these 2 crucial items.

There's an obvious reason this is not in the game, and the same reason that warp stone doesn't have a 6400 upgrade, because it's fucking OP.

The closest thing to this item is colossus which is an active with limited duration. Which is an actual downside to getting that much strenghth out of a single slot.
