Reduces stamina cost of all wall jumps by 0.25.
Builds into Superior Stamina. SS Inherits effect.
I think this is a good way to increase the viability of movement builds while requiring some sacrifice for the rest of the build. The movement in Deadlock is one of its best parts and while its understandable it has been getting nerfs in recent patch I think it's a good idea to allow more skill expression in terms of movement.
