Yoshishi has a valid point.
Consider the massive difference between Geist's bullet damage and Wraith's Bullet damage. This would also be INFINITELY more valuable on Spread weapon users like Abrams and MnK. (oh gawd MnK and Calico would be ultra broken with this thing as written). Wraith's base bullet damage is less than 10. This would LITERALLY double her DPS or more. MnK's base bullet damage starts at 3.24 (and only goes up by .18 per boon. They cap out at something like 8-10 bullet damage with a full bullet damage build) and would be even more ridiculous with +10 Spirit damage per bullet.
Because the base effect you're adding a rider to is so variable, the effect itself needs something to prevent it from being too different between heroes. You could simply indicate that it adds a certain amount of base DPS to your weapon that is Spirit damage (which I think is your intended end effect). This would make it so that it naturally balances out between different heroes, similar to how Toxic bullets has a different amount of buildup based on the gun fired. That base value is affected by increased fire rate and your bonus spirit, but it should work as long as other factors are accounted for.

That would work a lot better, yeah. You can just say bullet DPS, but that might be a translator thing though.
