Item description stuck when spectating teammate and then Spawning

This can be reliably reproduced all the time , here's how :
1- Die
2- Spectate a teammate
3- Hover over any of their items that has an active skill
4- Keep Hovering until you respawn
=====> When you respawn , the item description will still be stuck , only disappearing when you hover over an ability or item of yours or opening the shop again .
I found this out accidentally , as i was reading an item's description and being respawned interrupted my reading xD
