Item description panel stuck

When hovering over an item in the shop menu , the details panel shows up , at times this panel does not go away along with the shop menu , reopening the shop does not get rid of it , if the panel is low enough in the shop menu it can even show up in front of the map

I tried my best to reproduce the bug to capture it on video , but it just didn't happen again :')
