Hi,
the item description for "Spiritual Overflow" in the "Resources" section states that it has a "0.8% Buildup Per Shot" but in reality that value seems to be hero dependant. Also the value shown is really(!) low. This makes the item seem very weak, when in reality it isn't.
For example: Talon has a Buildup Per Shot of 47%, Seven has 18.7% and Ivy has 8.7%. I didn't try all heroes but even Ivy has more than 10x the buildup than what is listed in the Resource Section.
