Hey, this is my 2nd item concept so again sorry on the formatting but I have another simple item which I came up with after getting my face fisted in by Silver and Abrams for the past few days.
The item is intended to help support and squishy heroes self peel against Diving and melee focused heroes by knocking them away with their own melee attack and limiting their movement in the air so they can't immediately re-engage on them.
The downside to having the ability to do this would be the the pretty big % reduction on melee damage so carry heroes (and heroes who already want to melee a lot like Billy, Abrams), can't use it as a get out of jail free card without sacrificing some of their farm ability and or damage.
There's some play making ability in having a budget Bebop hook in an item as well which I think is appealing to support players as well.
I don't understand the Gravity and Air Control stat or how much an item needs to increase in stats if it's an upgrade item to a previous item so those might have to be tinkered with a lot because I don't want the item to be used primarily as an offensive item used in the way Slowing Hex is used in denying people of movement to kill them because that would feel very oppressive and bad.
Beyond that, I think the name fits the lore because it's an upgrade item to Rebuttal which has a Bull for its Icon and the American Legend of Paul Bunyan and his blue Ox, Babe. The Distance being doubled on stunned targets is supposed to represent that with how their steps were so big they created the lakes around America but you could easily rename the item to 'The Big Boot' or something
