Issues connecting to more than 1 game in a row and getting banned for it

It's a pretty steady issue that I can't play a game without the next time trying to connect to a match having it time out or not connect, but I've been getting 2 hour increment bans for this and don't know what to do because I'm loving the game. Just thought I'd post here in case anyone's having the same issue.
