I have a friend who can't get an invite they have pending for Deadlock. They got the game in the past and had it permanently removed from their steam account via Steam support by accident and while I am able to send them and invite and the automated system says it's pending they are not receiving the invite after waiting for several months. They have contacted Steam support and they have been told they need to get help from developers of the game to get this sorted out. Their account name is Nepsilock.
