Is there a way to block text as well as voice?

To enjoy games like this I really have to just block/mute toxic people. I just want to play the game, even if it means less comms. I don't tell them I'm muting them, I don't start any argument, I just mute them. But then they start talking in chat maybe to the other team and I just dont wanna see these words. They are very triggering for me. Is there a way to block text as well as voice?

You can disable both text and voice chat when you press esc in a match on the top right dropdown "Voice and Text Chat" -> Disabled.

Ya but I think that disables everyone when I just want to block 1 person
