Is there a bug with Vindicta's assassinate not registering on Abrams?

Every other hero, Assassinate works fine, but there are times where I am shooting Abrams and I am 100% it should be registered, but it doesn't. It's Abrams specifically and I was wondering if this is something y'all devs are aware of. It may be worth looking into.
