Ira Domini's first upgrade gives you a 1.2m/s move speed bonus, which persists when picking up the urn (raising the "capped" movement speed from 10 to 11). The ultimate also stays active even after the duration has ran out, as long as you're holding onto the urn. The effect goes away when you drop the urn.
