I have invited a friend to play via the option in game (invite a friend to be a deadlock playtester) located in bottom right of screen in lobby after pressing escape. This seemed to work fine for a handful of my friends who I invited. However one friend has yet to receive it after a week. Roughly a day after I invited a group of friends the rest had gotten in via steam notifications and emails, but this one friend has nothing in their steam notifications, nor in the gated access games or playtest invites in steam and has not received an email (received notifications for other things without issue and has @steampowered.com whitelisted in email settings. Reached out to support through steam and they advised we check notifications, check email, and check the two above mentioned sections of steam and if that doesn't work they offer no further support so looking for additional support or ideas. Anyone have similar issues? Any suggestions?
