Invite Bugged Under 'Pending' For Weeks

This is probably rude, and the answer may already be obvious. But my wife has been invited 3 times and has all 3 invites stuck on pending.

I assume she just doesn't fit the bill for a tester, unsure.

Please let me know if theres any details I can provide to help this get cleared up. I'd prefer to avoid posting any info if the simple answer is 'she doesn't play the kind of games we want' and thats why its stuck on pending.

If the user takes too long to accept the first invite, it's curtains for the account. It's been like this for ages, unfortunately any new invites don't go through.

Thats weird, cause we were on every day waiting for it to go through for like a week. We travel A LOT and are on our computers every night, so I find it hard to believe it was missed.

That'd be pretty sad if it was the case.

If someone sent her an invite a long time ago, this would make it so her steam account is unable to accept any new invites.

When I got invited to Deadlock I learned about this bug after excitedly inviting everyone on my friends list, the ones who didn't accept ended up never being able to have any invites show up on that account. Best way to deal with this is have your wife make a new steam account and invite that account.

Have they spent $5 or more on Steam in the last year? I think that is another weird stipulation of the invite so people don't spam invite alt accounts, but I could be wrong.

My second steam account has no purchases and it worked fine for it.

Yes, its her main account so its got tons of hours, games, and like 10 years on it lol
