I received a 6-hour suspension after my internet disconnected during my last match. I want to clarify that this was due to a confirmed internet outage in my area, which was completely out of my control.
I tried hard to reconnect and was able to get back into the game briefly and started to farm again, but the connection dropped a second time. I had been looking forward to playing all day, so this is very frustrating.
Is there any possibility of having this penalty reviewed and reversed, or must I wait for the 6-hour ban to expire?
