When I first opened the game and went into Sandbox, I had massive lags down to 1 FPS for several seconds, I suspect it was the first loading of the assets causing the issue.
After a minute or two, the problem goes away and does not come back after a restart of the game, but it could affect the original player experience for firstcomers.
