Intel Arc Performance issues

Performance has been incredibly bad since the latest 6 hero update. average around 60-80fps with severe constant dips to 40 and below. game is basically unplayable and it only gets worse the longer the game goes on. I have tried nearly everything. Rebar off/on, game mode optimizations, potato graphics configs. I had better performance in game with my rx 580 from 2019. anyone know any tips for arc?


PC: Ryzen 5 5600
Intel arc b580
32GB ram

I also have tried using vulkan but vulkan for me just doesn't load past the initial loading of the game on boot. Not sure why so I am stuck on dx11 which is notorious for bad performance on dx11
