Inputs not working

Randomly when playing, but mostly (about 70 percent) when respawning, I am unable to do anything. Mouse and keyboard inputs cease to work unless I spam ESC for about 5 seconds. Its almost every game and when it does happen its every 5-10 minutes randomly (not from respawn)

Confirmed I get this too. Happens the moment you *die* rather than the moment you respawn, which can be noticed by not being able to open the shop the moment you die.
